today we would like to announce the release of new versions of AutoMapa navigation for Android and iOS. See what we've changed to make using navigation even more convenient and easier to read. Familiarize yourself with the changes, it will take a minute 🙂

We have added information about the change in distance in the labels of alternative routes . Now you can see the estimated arrival time, distance and route type for the main route and alternative routes, i.e. all the necessary data about the three types of routes. This way you can see immediately which route is best to take! The following routes are taken into account as alternative routes: Fast, Optimal, Safe. If you choose a different route type yourself, e.g. Short route, AutoMapa will present Fast and Optimal routes as alternatives.

The view of alternative intersections has also been refreshed now you can see the difference not only in time, but also in distance. Remember that such information can be shown not only when the alternative crossing is faster or shorter. This makes it up to you to decide which route to take.

We have also cleaned up the labels of the VIA and END points. When zooming in more closely on the map, you will see the property number for the point - VIA / END of the route. This makes it easier to orient yourself and quickly locate the exact destination or intermediate stop

On the other hand, at shorter distances, we provide the number of the VIA point and the distance and time to reach that point. This ensures that you always have key information about the stages of your journey at hand.

In the new version of the app, you will also notice a quality change in POI search. You will now find more relevant results.
