It’s May, and there’s a lot going on on Polish roads! The May 26 maps are now available in the apps and on our website – AutoMapa Targeo. Check out what’s new in this edition.

Before you get into the details, make sure you have the latest version AutoMapa — the top-rated Polish navigation app with a 4.5 rating on Google Play. The update takes just a moment, and you’ll only be able to download the latest maps after it’s complete.

What's new in Maps on May 26?

In this edition, we have four new sections ready to open, a dozen or so under construction, and a point of interest: traffic changes accompanying the modernization of the railway line in Małopolska.

Ready to open:

Żukowo Bypass (DK20) – Żukowo Interchange→ DW501: Another section of this bypass is ready to open to traffic

  • The Skórcz Bypass (Provincial Road 231) – the new route bypasses the center of Skórcz, improving travel through the Kociewie region
  • Rogoźno Northern Bypass – the bypass allows drivers traveling through Obornicki County to bypass the center of Rogoźno
  • The Koło Northern Bypass (now open) – the new route diverts traffic away from the city center
  • Wąchock Bypass – Second Section of the Bypass Now Open (Parszów Bypass, National Road 42)

We are monitoring the official opening dates for these routes and will make them available in AutoMapa as soon as they are open to traffic.

Major construction projects included on the maps:

S10 Bydgoszcz-Toruń: Construction is underway on a major expressway connecting the two largest cities in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship

  • S6 Bożepole Wielkie–Słupsk – one lane open in some sections; work is ongoing
  • S11 Bobolice-Szczecinek – continuation of expressway construction
  • S19 Via Carpatia – additional sections under construction: Sokołów Małopolski–Jasionka (2nd carriageway), Rzeszów Południe–Babica, Babica–Jawornik, Dukla–Barwinek
  • Krosno Odrzańskie Bypass – the project is currently underway
  • Witomino District Bypass in Gdynia - Work in Progress
  • The Northern Route in Szczecin – Construction Continues
  • Wrocław Eastern Bypass – construction is underway on the final section connecting Grota-Roweckiego Street with Karkonoska Avenue
  • The bypasses around Brzoza, Mogilno, Włoszczowa, Piława Dolna, and Rynarcice (Provincial Road 323), and Dziedna (National Road 25 ) – numerous local road projects
  • Morawica Southern Bypass (Provincial Road 766 ) – under construction; scheduled opening: May 2026
  • Morawica and Wola Morawicka Eastern Bypass (DK73 ) – planned opening date: December 2026

Infrastructure changes:

Traffic changes along the "Podłęże-Piekiełko" railway line under renovation (Małopolskie Province) – the renovation of the railway line entails changes to the road layout – please be aware of local traffic arrangements.

Changes in cities:

Częstochowa: Viaduct OpenAlong 1 Maja Street to Krakowska Street

  • Żory – Construction of a viaduct and roundabout on Dworcowa Street – Changes at a major transportation hub in the city
  • Trzciel – DK92 roundabout – reconstruction of the intersection of the national highway and Główna Street
  • Słupsk – Poznańska-Bohaterów Westerplatte urban ring road – continuation of work on the downtown bypass

What's new in Maps on May 26?
